9 Outrageously Yummy Autumny Vegan Recipes To Make This Fall

Pumpkins, nutmeggyness, and yummy blends of Autumn spices that smell like they came from some fairy-tale land where some extremely charismatic and beautiful hobbit blended together the roots of burgundy flowers and sparkly stuff that came out of them.  This is the stuff fall is made of.

And, in honor of such, I’ve searched archives upon archives to compile the most inspiring list of high-rated, outrageously yummy fall-favorite vegan recipes that glimmer from the inside out with the spirit of Autumn!  No cholesterol, and no furry friends slaughtered for these cozy fall dishes!  What more could you ask for?  Besides of course, the most perfect crimson leaves crunching under your feet as you go for an evening walk after enjoying one of these delicious fall-favorite vegan recipes 😉 :

 

1.  Creamy Roasted Butternut Alfredo


This creamy, roasted butternut cashew-cream alfredo is thick, autumnal and savory.  White wine, sauteed onions, garlic, pepper and dry-rubbed sage blend together over silky, warm noodles to create a lavishly decadent fall dish.  Garnished with pepitas, chopped pecans, walnuts or hazelnuts.

 

2.  Jack-o-Pumpkin Breakfast Sandwich
