9 Outrageously Yummy Autumny Vegan Recipes To Make This Fall

vegan+for+fall+recipesFall.  It begins on September 22nd, and ends on December 20th.  That’s 89 glorious days to get your pumpkin on.  If you’ve done fall right, by mid December you should be out of cinnamon. Got it? ;D

Pumpkins, nutmeggyness, and yummy blends of Autumn spices that smell like they came from some fairy-tale land where some extremely charismatic and beautiful hobbit blended together the roots of burgundy flowers and sparkly stuff that came out of them.  This is the stuff fall is made of.

And, in honor of such, I’ve searched archives upon archives to compile the most inspiring list of high-rated, outrageously yummy fall-favorite vegan recipes that glimmer from the inside out with the spirit of Autumn!  No cholesterol, and no furry friends slaughtered for these cozy fall dishes!  What more could you ask for?  Besides of course, the most perfect crimson leaves crunching under your feet as you go for an evening walk after enjoying one of these delicious fall-favorite vegan recipes 😉 :

2.  Jack-o-Pumpkin Breakfast Sandwich

A thick, grilled vegan breakfast sausage patty brushed with olive oil and fine black pepper rests in a toasty warm whole wheat English muffin, slathered with savory-sweet maple pumpkin butter.  Dashed with sliced and grilled earthy mushrooms, draped with a thick slice of vegan Montery Jack cheese and topped with crisp, chopped fresh arugula, this breakfast sandwich is stacked tall with comforting flavors that melt together, and a punch.  In your autumn-struck face.  Optional dash of hot sauce or cayenne for a hint of spice.

Serve with a pumpkin spice latte or pumpkin spice chai and your fall morning is bound to be splendid.
